Un Poco Sobre Mi:

Soy inmigrante bilingue y muticultural de Centroamérica, doula holística de espectro completo, especialista en sobadas durante embarazo y después del parto, consejera de lactancia y especialista en aprendizaje temprano.   

Me siento muy agradecida de poder llamar a San Francisco, la tierra tradicional y ancestral del pueblo Ramaytush Ohlone, mi hogar desde hace aproximadamente treinta años.

Como estudiante de toda la vida, madre y tía de doce niñxs, me apasiona todo lo relacionado con el proceso del nacimiento, la salud materna e infantil y el bienestar general de la familia, así como el aprendizaje temprano y la resiliencia de los padres.

A lo largo de mi trayectoria (más de 15 años) como doula, también he tenido el placer y el privilegio de trabajar en diversas organizaciones comunitarias en San Francisco, atendiendo a familias con niños de 0 a 5 años y asesorando a nuevas doulas en el Programa de Voluntariado de Doulas del Hospital General de San Francisco.

                                  Misión  

Mi misión principal como doula es combinar mi sabiduría ancestral innata con las mejores prácticas modernas. Mi objetivo es brindar una atención integral, digna y compasiva a todas las personas embarazadas con las que me encuentro, incluyendo a aquellas que desean ejercer sus derechos reproductivos, y servir como guardiana de su espacio sagrado, sea cual sea su significado, mientras emprenden un camino transformador.

Ofrezco mis servicios tanto en inglés como en español.

I am a bilingual, multicultural, first-generation immigrant from Central America, holistic full spectrum doula, pre and perinatal massage specialist, lactation counselor and early learning advocate. 

I feel very grateful to call San Francisco,  the traditional and ancestral land of the Ramaytush Ohlone people, my home for the last thirty years or so.

As a lifelong learner, a mother myself and auntie to twelve children, I am passionate about everything related to the birth process, maternal and infant health, and overall family well-being as well as early learning and parenting resilience.

Throughout my journey (15 years +) as a doula I have also had the pleasure and privilege of working in various community-based organizations in San Francisco, serving families with children 0-5, and have mentored new incoming doulas at the San Francisco General Hospital Doula Volunteer Program.

                                       Mission

My core mission as a doula is to combine my innate ancestral wisdom with modern best practices. I aim to provide dignified and compassionate full spectrum care to all pregnant people I encounter, including those who wish to exercise their reproductive choices, and to serve as a guardian of their sacred space, whatever this may look to each individual, as they embark upon their life-changing journeys.

I offer my services in both English and Spanish.
