A Little Bit About Myself:
I am a bilingual, multicultural, first-generation immigrant from Central America. As a lifelong learner, proud mother, and auntie to thirteen children, I am deeply passionate about birth, maternal and infant well-being, family wellness, early learning, and parenting resilience.
For more than 15 years, I have had the honor of supporting families as a doula. My work has also included serving families through community-based organizations in San Francisco and mentoring new doulas through the San Francisco General Hospital Doula Volunteer Program.
As a naturalized U.S. citizen, I feel both deeply grateful and humbled to call San Francisco home. For nearly 30 years, I have lived, worked, and raised my family here, on the traditional and ancestral homeland of the Ramaytush Ohlone people.
My Mission
My mission is to honor ancestral wisdom while weaving it together with evidence-based care and modern best practices. I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, informed, and supported in their reproductive choices.
My Approach
My approach is holistic and grounded in the belief that families thrive when they have compassionate, culturally responsive care and a strong support team. I draw from my professional training, lived experience, ancestral wisdom, and evidence-based practices to help families feel informed, confident, nurtured, and supported.
Postpartum Care
The well-being of the mother is at the heart of my postpartum work. I believe mothers deserve to be nurtured as they care for their new babies.
My postpartum support includes nurturing prenatal, postnatal therapeutic massage, newborn care, and lactation support. I create a restorative space where mothers can pause, receive care, and adjust to the physical, emotional, and practical changes of the fourth trimester.
I offer my birth and postpartum doula services in both English and Spanish.

Un Poco Sobre Mi:
Soy inmigrante bilingüe, multicultural, originaria de Centroamérica. Como aprendiz de por vida, madre orgullosa y tía de trece niños, siento una profunda pasión por el nacimiento, el bienestar de las madres y los bebés, el bienestar familiar, el desarrollo infantil temprano y el fortalecimiento de las familias en su camino hacia la crianza.
Durante más de 15 años, he tenido el honor de acompañar a familias como doula. Mi trabajo también ha incluido servir a familias a través de organizaciones comunitarias en San Francisco y ser mentora de nuevas doulas mediante el Programa de Doulas Voluntarias del Hospital General de San Francisco.
Como ciudadana estadounidense naturalizada, me siento profundamente agradecida y, a la vez, humilde de poder llamar San Francisco mi hogar. Durante casi 30 años, he vivido, trabajado y criado a mi familia aquí, en la tierra tradicional y ancestral del pueblo Ramaytush Ohlone.

Mi misión es honrar la sabiduría ancestral y entrelazarla con cuidados basados en evidencia y prácticas actuales. Creo que toda persona merece sentirse escuchada, respetada, informada y acompañada en sus decisiones reproductivas.
Mi enfoque
Mi enfoque es holístico y parte de la convicción de que las familias prosperan cuando cuentan con cuidados compasivos, culturalmente sensibles y una sólida red de apoyo. Integro mi formación profesional, experiencia de vida, sabiduría ancestral y prácticas basadas en evidencia para ayudar a las familias a sentirse informadas, seguras, cuidadas y acompañadas.
Atención durante el posparto
El bienestar de la madre es el corazón de mi trabajo durante el posparto. Creo que las madres merecen ser cuidadas y nutridas mientras cuidan de sus bebés.
Mi acompañamiento posparto incluye masaje terapéutico prenatal y posnatal, cuidado del recién nacido y apoyo para la lactancia. Trato de crear un espacio de descanso y recuperación donde las madres puedan hacer una pausa, recibir cuidados y adaptarse a los cambios físicos, emocionales y prácticos del cuarto trimestre.
Ofrezco mis servicios de doula tanto en inglés como en español.
